Juicing Day 2

This is the first full day of juicing, and it’s been interesting. Everything I’m making is filling me up, but I just want to bite into something solid. I’m sure watching “The Chew” and “The Taste” today didn’t help. I think it’ll be beneficial for me to stick to Hulu and Netflix considering at least 50% of commercials on regular television are about fast food or restaurants. I might also add I almost had a breakdown on Matt for a piece of his quesadilla, but we’re past that now.

I’m a little more tired than normal, but everything I’ve watched and read says that’s how it is the first few days before your body rejuvenates, has more energy and feels better.

I’m drinking 4-5 juices a day and trying to keep a ratio of 20% fruits and 80% veggies.

Breakfast – 1 1/2 red grapefruits, 2 oranges, 2 apples, 2 celery stocks and 2 handfuls of spinach

Lunch – 1 cucumber, 2 celery stocks, bit of ginger

Dinner – 2 carrots, 1 apple, 1 cup of spinach, 1 cup of parsley, 1/2 lemon

Evening Snack – 1 apple, 2 carrots, 1 celery stock, cup of spinach, cup of parsley, 1/2 lime

Weight: 189

Mood: Tired, meh

Tip: Ginger is prominent, and I made the mistake of adding way too much, which tastes horrible.
